Spotlights Smile Cosmetic Service Only Spotlights Smile provides cosmetic teeth whitening. We do not diagnose, treat, or examine teeth. ⸻ Cancellation Policy • Cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice → reschedule once for free • Cancel within 24 hours → deposit forfeited • No-show or same-day cancellation → new deposit required This ensures fairness and prevents last-minute losses. ⸻ Service Eligibility We cannot whiten clients who: • Are pregnant or breastfeeding • Have braces or retainers fixed in place • Are under 18 • Have untreated cavities, gum disease, infections, or severe dental issues • Have peroxide allergies • Had recent oral surgery Safety is our top priority. ⸻ Results Disclaimer Results vary based on enamel, staining habits, and lifestyle. We cannot guarantee exact shade results. ⸻ Aftercare Requirements Clients must follow the “white diet” for 24 hours to protect their results. ⸻ Photos & Marketing (optional) Clients may be asked for before/after photos. Permission will always be requested. ⸻ Before You Book — What to Expect 1. We arrive on time. Please be ready at the scheduled time so setup can begin immediately. 2. Setup is quick. We bring a chair, LED whitening light, and equipment — all set up in under 5 minutes. 3. You choose the location. Living room, office, bedroom — any small open area works. 4. Pets should be secured. For safety, please keep pets in another room during treatment. 5. Brush before your appointment. A clean surface helps the gel work better. 6. Sessions take 45–120 minutes. Depending on the service you choose. 7. Follow aftercare rules. No dark foods/drinks for 24 hours to maintain results. 8.
